Add emails to your Google Tasks within Gmail for Android app
Last year, Google added Tasks app on the Desktop version of Gmail to let users create their to-do lists, which can then be integrated with Gmail Calendar, thus easing users in managing their tasks from any device. Now, Google is rolling out the same feature in Gmail for Android app, which requires Google Tasks app installed on your device. To add e-mails in Tasks, click on the 3-dot menu at the top right of the email, select “Add to Task” and then tap on “View” to open the message in Tasks app. You can also add details, date/time, subtasks. This feature appears to be server-side but will soon be coming for Gmail and GSuite users
