Amazon Prime Members will now get free home-trials before buying with Amazon Prime Wardrobe Service
Amazon recently announced clothing home try-on service, "Prime Wardrobe" for all Prime members in the U.S. Existing Prime members have to pay no additional cost to avail Prime Wardrobe service.
The Prime members can order shoes, dresses, tees and much more to try at home. The number of items that can be ordered once range from at least three to at most eight in quantity.
The members will have one week time to try their selections and choose whatever they want to buy and return rest of the order.
There is no charge for trying any of the products and members just need to pay for whatever they decide to buy.
Apart from Women's section, Amazon's Prime wardrobe service features collections for men
and children as well.
To check whether an Amazon product is eligible for Try and Buy, members need to look for the Prime wardrobe logo on the product or shop through Amazon's Prime Wardrobe section.
"Amazon's Prime membership program has now topped 100 million paying members worldwide", CEO Jeff Bezos said in his annual letter to shareholders.
Prime members receive benefits which include free fast shipping for eligible purchases, streaming of movies, TV shows, and music, exclusive shopping deals and selection, unlimited reading, and more.
Effective May 11, new subscribers will pay $119 a year for the shipping and entertainment
membership program, up from $99 today. The new annual fee will apply to current Prime
members starting with renewals on June 16
To get Amazon Prime membership in India, you will be charged Rs.129 per month or Rs.999 per year.
